The apartment size is 35 m². It is designed for two adults, but you can also bring a child. Depending on their age, you will need to arrange a sleeping space for them, such as a cot or mattress. An interesting feature is the windows, which have built-in shutters and insect screens. These can be closed in both summer and winter to help maintain a comfortable temperature.
The livingroom is equipped with a TV and a soundbar, offering basic Italian and Austrian channels. Wi-Fi is available and the password will be provided during the booking process. Currently, the TV does not have wireless connectivity, so you will need a cable to connect TV to phone or laptop. However, we plan to upgrade to a smart TV in the near future.
Kitchen is full equipped(cooker , induction plate , fridge freezer , microwave and kitchen equipment).
The bathroom is equipped with all the essential facilities, including a separate water heater, a washer-dryer and a shower.
Anyway if someone doesn’t like cooks we can share some tips with knowing restaurant and shops available nearest.
